Account Registration and Management

- Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login details (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Updating Information
If your personal details (mobile number, email, or payment information) change, you must update your account as soon as possible. vip t is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
vip t reserves the right to verify the age of all users. Copies of a government-issued ID, passport, or birth registration certificate may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
If someone creates an account using false information and it is later proven that they were under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions during that period will be considered void.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods
Deposits at vip t are currently accepted via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the most recent deposit or to a payment method registered on the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning a turnover equal to 15 times the bonus amount must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must complete ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 Weekly Reload Reward
The weekly vip t reload reward offers a 50% bonus on deposits, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement is 18 times, with a minimum deposit of ৳100. This bonus can be claimed once per week.
5.3 Other Promotional Offers
Various promotional offers are available from time to time, including the vip t Slots Festival Bonus, vip t Cricket Festival, vip t Birthday Special Gift, and vip t Refer a Friend Reward. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated in the offer details.
5.4 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus is not direct cash — the specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- If any misuse of a bonus is suspected, vip t reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus.
- If you withdraw your deposit after receiving a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Gaming Rules and Guidelines
6.1 General Gaming Terms
All games available on vip t are certified through independent testing. RTP (Return to Player) varies by game and applies as a theoretical average over the long term. No guarantee can be given regarding winning or losing in any individual game.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a disconnection or technical fault occurs during a game, vip t will attempt to restore the game from the last confirmed state according to logged data. In the event of a complete technical failure, the wagered amount may be refunded.
6.3 Sports Betting
Sports bets will be settled after the result is confirmed. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. For multi-bet selections, if one result is cancelled, the remaining selections will be used as the basis for settlement.
6.4 Live Casino
In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game remains unresolved due to a technical issue with the video feed, vip t reserves the right to review the game.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip t platform:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
- Attempting to manipulate betting outcomes by artificial means or with the help of software.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Creating or operating an account using a false identity.
- Using bots, automated software, or any AI-based tools to play games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
- Threatening or abusive behaviour towards other users.
- Attempting to breach or probe weaknesses in the platform's security systems.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are completed before making the request. The option to self-exclude temporarily or permanently is also available in accordance with our responsible gaming guidelines.
8.2 Suspension by vip t
vip t may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

- An order from a court or government authority.
